The following is the terms of the agreement
between Electrics-Online.Com("Company") and the buyer ("Buyer") of goods
or services through the Company's Web site (the "Site"). Buyer agrees
to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything and purchase of a

services for sale. Upon notice published over the Service, Company may
modify this Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or

Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication

4. Right to Refuse.
Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at
any time. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates,
licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense,
including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of
this Contract or use of the Site.
Notices may be made via either email or regular mail. The Website may
also provide notices of changes to the T&C or other matters by displaying
notices or links to notices on the Website.
The Service Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others
and we ask our users to do the same.
The T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service
Provider and govern your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements
between you and the Service Provider (including, but not limited to, any
prior versions of the T&C). You also may be subject to additional
terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other Service

if any product is missing, damaged or incorrectly dispatched. Please do
not open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to
be returned to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes

as you expected, you may return it in its original packaging, within 14
days for a refund. Please note you will be responsible for shipping charges

passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will

We are not
obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance
of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the
goods until we receive payment in full.

If the goods have been dispatched and then returned by
the shipping company due to problem with the address Henna-Paste.com will
re-ship to an alternative address, however additional charges will apply
the customer can also request a refund in which shipping costs already
incurred and re-stocking charges will be deducted.
